Website terms

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of kerbsidedigital.co.uk. Website builds, videos and monthly plans are covered by a separate written agreement that we'll send you before any work starts.

About us

Kerbside Digital is run by Tom, a self-employed sole trader based in the UK. You can contact us at tom@kerbsidedigital.co.uk.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse the site, view the demos and send us an enquiry. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and no copying of its content for commercial use without our permission.

Our content

The design, copy, demo sites and videos on this site belong to Kerbside Digital or are used with permission. Demo sites are design concepts to show what we could build for a trade. They aren't live businesses, and any business names, phone numbers or prices shown in them are examples.

Client work shown in our case studies and video examples is used with the client's permission.

Third-party brands

Product and brand names mentioned on this site, including Autowatch Ghost, Pandora, MetaTrak and Scorpion, are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them because our clients install and sell those products. Mentioning them doesn't mean those companies endorse or partner with Kerbside Digital.

Prices and results

Prices on this site are in pounds sterling and are a guide. Your exact price will be confirmed in writing before any work begins, and prices may change over time.

Competitor pricing on our comparison page is taken from each provider's own published pages on the date stated there. Check with the provider directly before relying on it.

Case-study results, such as rankings and review scores, describe what happened for that client. Search rankings depend on many things outside our control, so we can't guarantee the same outcome for every business. The ROI calculator gives an illustrative estimate, not a promise of income.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as Kerbside Pro and the sources on our comparison page. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Your information

How we handle the details you send us is explained in our privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
